Giles Andreae is the hugely successful and talented author behind numerous award-winning children's books, including the bestselling Giraffes Can't Dance. He is also the creator of the well-known Purple Ronnie and Edward Monkton poetry ranges. Giles lives in London with his wife and four children. Emma was brought up in Guildford, Surrey, and from as far back as she can remember she wanted to be an illustrator. She studied Graphic Design and Illustration at Central Saint Martin's School of Art and has worked in advertising, editorial and book illustration. Emma lives in Surrey with her husband and two children and their Jack Russel Terrier, Bart.
